The CEO of Wildberries, Tatiana Bakalchuk, intends to sue her ex-husband, Vladislav Bakalchuk, for approximately 27 billion rubles. The lawsuit is based on the non-fulfillment of over 60 contracts between Wildberries and VB Development, of which Vladislav is the CEO. Wildberries has sent a claim to VB Development demanding payment for the outstanding obligations. Failure to comply with the claim will result in the return of all advance payments made within five working days.
Vladislav Bakalchuk responded to the claim by stating that Wildberries will soon face delivery issues if the construction of warehouses does not continue. He warned that there might be a shortage of warehouses, leading to limited product availability, increased delivery times, and a need to reduce orders. Wildberries disputed his prediction, calling it unrealistic and based on supernatural abilities.
